Azerbaijan`s Prime Minister meets OSCE PA president

Azerbaijan`s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade has met president of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Christine Muttonen.
Mr. Rasizade highlighted the country`s development across the last years, in the industrial, transport, agricultural, tourism fields. On Azerbaijan`s role in ensuring the energy security of Europe Mr. Rasizade said the country attached great importance to deepening bilateral cooperation with relevant bodies of the European Union.
The Premier touched upon the current state of negotiations of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He stressed the importance of settlement of the conflict, saying the problem is the main threat to development of the region. "The problem should be solved within the norms of international law, borders` inviolability and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan."
Christine Muttonen, in turn, highlighted Azerbaijan`s importance for Europe. She expressed hope that relations between Azerbaijan and the OSCE will further develop and bilateral beneficial cooperation will successfully expand.
