BELARUS PARTNERS INVITED TO TURKMENISTAN TO PARTAKE IN OIL-GAS DEVELOPMENT OF CASPIAN OFFSHORE DEPOSITS
Turkmen president Gurbangulu Berdimuhammadov invited the Belarus partners to take part in oil-gas development of the Caspian offshore deposits on the base of terms of Production and Sharing Agreement (PSA, AZERTAC said quoting the Russian ITAR-TASS agency. The President stated it at the meeting with the governmental delegation led by Deputy Premier of Belarus Alexander Kosinets.
Belarus exports to Turkmenistan tractors and road facilities.
Alexander Kosinets said his country is keen in energy carriers of Turkmenistan and in return, it offers modern technology and creation of joint ventures.
As stated, the discussions also included training of Turkmen specialists at the Belarus higher institutions, expansion of cooperation in construction industry, as well as tourism and sports fields.
Turkmen President disclosed his opinion on opening of direct flight between Ashgabat and Minsk and gave certain instructions on the item.
