CIS ECONOMIC COUNCIL COMMISSION MEETING TO BE HELD

AzerTAj correspondent reports from Moscow that sitting of the Commission for economic issues under CIS Economic Council will take place here on January 21. In addition, the meeting of heads of CIS bodies and their financial offices for issues of implementation of budget expenditures of the bodies for 2003, and submission of the budget expenditures for 2005 is expected to be held in Moscow, on January 27. On the same day, in Minsk, a sitting of expert group for revision and coordination of the draft agreement on cooperation between CIS member states within combat against autothefts and ensuring restitution of vehicles, and draft resolution introduced by the Council of CIS Interior Affairs on founding and organization department for coordination of combat against illicit drug turnover and regional operational group in Central Asian region within the framework of the Bureau for Coordination of Combat against organized crime and other dangerous crimes on the CIS territory.

A sitting of the experts working group of CIS member states for preparation of the draft inter-governmental agreement on creating opportunities for development of leasing on CIS territory is scheduled for January 28, in Moscow.
