    Chief of General Staff of Azerbaijan Army to attend meeting of CIS Council of Defense Ministers

    On June 23, the First Deputy Minister of Defense - Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev, left for Moscow to participate in the next meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry told AZERTAC.
