Deputy Minister of Culture Adalat Valiyev stayed for a working visit in the United Arab Emirates /UAE/. Mr. Valiyev met with Deputy Minister for Information and Culture Sagr Gobashev, Embassy of Azerbaijan to UAE reported. The parties discussed the state and prospects of the cultural relations between Azerbaijan and UAE, had exchange of views on further expansion of cooperation in this field. The sides agreed to hold Days of Azerbaijan Culture in UAE, on April 2004.

In this connection, A.Valiyev met also with the leadership of Abu Dhabi Fund of Culture, had exchange of views on opportunities of the fund and conducting of the arrangement.

In the course of visit, the project of inter-governmental agreement on cooperation in the field of culture was coordinated.
