Your Excellency, dear Ilham Aliyev!

In connection with your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan please accept the congratulations of the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova and 450,000 union members in Moldova, along with the wishes for good health, peace and prosperity in your activities in such a responsible post.

Your service in high government posts for more than 10 years has become an integral part of your life and the life of your country. Thanks to your wise decisions, a number of important changes have taken place and shaped the modern look of Azerbaijan.

I am particularly grateful to you for the sensitive attention to the activities of trade unions of Azerbaijan, which have worked closely National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova for many years.
