Gunay Afandiyeva meets with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi

President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva has attended the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
On the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum meeting between the President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva met with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi.
At the meeting the issues of further development and expansion of existing cooperation ties between the founding country of the Foundation - Kazakhstan and the organization were discussed.
During the meeting Gunay Afandiyeva stressed that partnership relations with Kazakhstan are of great importance for the Foundation. She said that the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation organizes various events, including conferences, round tables, publishes books, as well as arranges different projects aimed at protecting and promoting the material and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan. President of the Foundation also noted that further joint work to promote the centuries-old traditions and rich history of the Turkic-speaking countries, including Kazakhstan, will make a special contribution to the cultural development of the Turkic world as a whole.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi highly appreciated the activities of the Foundation and stressed that the organization has done decent works. Noting that the Turkic international organizations play a special role in the rapprochement of the Turkic-speaking peoples, Minister emphasized the importance of the Foundation's activities in this direction and expressed support for the projects implemented by the organization.
During the meeting, the parties emphasized the significance of declaring Turkestan the spiritual capital of the Turkic world, and Shusha the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, and stressed the importance of further joint efforts to make Shusha one of the prominent cultural centers of the Turkic world.
