Nobel Prize winner Robert B. Laughlin: Discussions with participation of Noble Prize winners enhance importance of Baku Forum

Baku, October 3 (AZERTAC). ‘Baku International Humanitarian Forum promotes Azerbaijan’s progress and strengthens its reputation. It is great that such country with a short history of independence hosts such a wonderful event. Discussions with the participation of the Noble Prize winners enhance importance of Baku Forum,’ said the participant of the 4th Baku International Humanitarian Forum, the Nobel Prize winner Robert B. Laughlin.

Noting that Baku is a very nice and modern city Laughin stressed that the Forum indicates the interest of Azerbaijani government in boosting the progress of both Azerbaijan and other countries.

Different and sometimes controversial issues and ideas are proposed at the discussions during the Forum. However, objective conclusions are gained as part of these debates.

The Nobel Prize winner noted that the round-table on “Sustainable development and ecological civilization” is characteristic from this stand point.
