A world track and field athletics championship will be held in Moscow March 11-12. The prize money of the tournament is $2 million 288 thousand. Valentin Bulichev will represent Azerbaijan in a 200 meter and 400 meter race competitions.

The organizers have prepared a special prize for each successful athlete. Thus, world record breaker will get $50 thousand, gold medallist - $40 thousand, silver medallist - $20 thousand, $10 thousand – bronze medallist. The prize money for 4-6 placed athletes will range $4-8 thousand.
