RF SECURITY COUNCIL SECRETARY MET WITH WAR VETERANS
“Concern about veterans is our common task set us by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Russia together with Azerbaijan will further render assistance to the veterans of war”, Security Council Secretary said.
Veterans, for their turn, expressed their gratitude to the Security Council Secretary that despite of tense schedule he could meet with them.
Veterans noted that as the result of the Armenian aggression, 20% of Azerbaijani lands were occupied and “even fascists had not treated the peaceful citizens by those methods as Armenia used in the occupation of our lands”. Russia has to do everything to release occupied lands and citizens return homes.
Touching on Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Garabakh conflict, the Security Council Secretary stressed an interest of his country in urge resolution of this problem. “We would not like to aggravate this complicated situation by strict and unskillful actions”, Mr. Rushaylo underlined.
Chairman of the Council of veterans of war, labor and armed forces Baloglan Rusmatov awarded Vladimir Rushaylo with a diploma.
Mr. Rushaylo awarded some veterans with medals and honorary badge of the Russian Security Council and presented all meeting participants memorable gifts.
Finally, the archbishop of Baku and littoral Caspian, father Alexander congratulated veterans with rewards and thanked Security Council Secretary for concern about veterans.
