SOUTH CAUCASUS IN SPOTLIGHT OF AUSTRIAN COMPANIES
Baku, May 25 (AZERTAC). A meeting on economic and investment opportunities has been held in Vienna, Austria with the support of the embassies of South Caucasus nations and Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
The event was attended by employees of embassies of the South Caucasus` countries and businessmen as well as representatives of the Economic Development Ministry of Azerbaijan.
Regional Director of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber for CIS countries Heinz Walter said “Austrian companies are interested in operating in the Southern Caucasus countries, in particular, in the sectors of agriculture, alternative energy resources, machine building and construction”.
Representative of the Ministry Zaur Gasimov informed the participant about business climate in Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, Azerbaijani and Austrian companies discussed prospects for cooperation.
