SUPREME MAJLIS OF THE PARTY OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF AZERBAIJAN PASSED AN ADDRESS TO HEYDAR ALIYEV

The Supreme Majlis of the Party of Social Welfare of Azerbaijan passed an address to President Heydar Aliyev.

The address reads: over 60 years of your substantial life, full living road, as a real son of the motherland, outstanding statesman and national leader, was dedicated to service to Azerbaijan, its today and tomorrow. Thirty-four years of your life, which can be a subject of jealousy of the most unique personalities, you were leading our republic, your are the President of our independent Azerbaijan for 10 years. Be sure, your living way, full of fatal problems of our nation, becomes a real school and will always be in memory.

Your address to people of Azerbaijan of October 1 was taken by members of our party as directions and blessing of a great elderly. Be confident, majority of Azerbaijani people will support your political course and would always do its best for its realization. At our regular congress, our party nominated the candidacy of Ilham Aliyev as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and holds propaganda according to legislature.

Together with all public and political forces, supporting your political course with all their hearts, we will use all our efforts in the name of its victory. Ilham Aliyev’s appointment as Prime Minister and high trust that you rendered to him by withdrawing your candidacy in his favor is taken by the members of the party as social order of the society. We request the Lord to grant you health. We wish that you recovered soon and came back to motherland.
