    Esteemed Mr. President

    I was very saddened upon hearing the news on huge loss of life caused by explosions at an ammunition depot in Brazzaville.

    On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I express my sincere condolences to you, family members and friends of the dead and all the people of Congo, and wish the injured speedy recovery.
