Trades at BICEX

Baku, May 17 (AZERTAC). The weighted average exchange prices made up 0.7836 AZN for 1 US dollar in the Baku Interbank Currency Exchange (BICEX) on May 16.

The average-weighted dollar exchange rate was 0.7834 AZN at the morning session on US currency in the BEST (Bourse E-system of trades). Deals worth 1 410 780 AZN were registered on instrument USD/AZN T+0.

Deals were not registered on instrument USD/AZN T+0 at the afternoon session in BEST. Manat exchange rate remained 0.7836 AZN for 1 USD.

The volume of trades totaled 1 410 780 AZN (USD 1 800 000) on the instrument USD/AZM for both sessions.

The deals on the instrument USD/AZM T+1, T+2 and SWAP USD/AZN were not registered. No deals were made on Instrument RUB/AZN.

In the inter-bank credit market functioning in the framework of BEST, BakiBOR index counted in line with requests made by market makers constituted 9.88in AZN on 90 day-instruments and 11.10 in USD.

No deals were closed on credit instruments between the banks on May 16.
