VOLUME OF CREDIT INVESTMENTS IN ECONOMY INCREASED
2425 billion manat (72,6 percent) of credits are short-term while 914,1 billion manat (27,4 percent) are long-term. 265,2 billion manat or 10,9 percent of short-term credits and 76,5 billion manat or 8,4 percent of long-term credits make up overdue credits.
The state banks have invested a credit in economy to the amount of 1456 billion manat (43,6 percent), private banks – 1524 billion manat (45,6 percent), non-banking credit organizations – 359,1 billion manat (10,8 percent)
Banks with foreign share have invested 488,6 billion manat, which makes 14.6 percent of the total amount. Foreign-owned banks have credited 105 billion manat.
1107,3 billion manat credits (33,2 percent) have been given in manat while 2231,8 billion credits (66,8 percent) in foreign currency.
801,2 billion manat (24 percent) of credits have been directed to the public sector while 2537,9 billion manat – to private sector
