AT SESSION OF STATE COMMISSION
Opening the sitting, deputy prime minister, chairman of the State Committee for refugees Ali Hasanov has told that this Order is one of the most important documents signed within those 100 days, that the President is at authority. The said document is continuation of the Decrees signed by the national leader Heydar Aliyev and directed on improvement of social conditions of refugees and IDPs. Due to the means allocated at that time from the State Oil Fund 5 tent camps at amount of 359 billion manat have been liquidated, new settlements for thousand families of refugees and IDPs are incorporated. The Order signed nowadays by President Ilham Aliyev provides improvement of social, domestic condition of 3860 IDPs from Agdam region, and other areas placed in the tent camps in the territory of Barda, Agjabedi regions, as well as in the commodity cars on the territories of Barda region, and maintenance of employment in new settlements.
Also were speaking at the sitting, the members of the commission - Minister of Education Misir Mardanov, Minister of Health Ali Insanov, Minister of Labor and Social Security of Population Ali Nagiyev, Minister of Agriculture Irshad Aliev, chief executive of Agdam region Hasan Sariyev, who have once again emphasized value of the Order, having noted that President Ilham Aliyev also will liquidate the last tent camp.
Discussed were concrete tasks, resulting from the Order.
