AZERBAIJAN ACROBATICS CHAMPIONS KNOWN
Among masters of sports women’s pair Aila Ahmadova and Dinara Abbasova representing gymnastics school became Azerbaijan champions. In mixed pairs, Arif Jafarov and Chinara Humbatova representing gymnastics school performed the best results. In the men’s pair, Razzag Babayev and Alibey Huseynov (gymnastics school) became champions. The winners in women’s trio were Durdana Zeynalova, Nadejda Medvedeva and Turkan Shabanova (gymnastics school). In men’s group, Nizami district sports school representatives Elshan Seifullayev, Neymat Agayev, Elnur Mammadov and Rashad Sadikhov became champions.
Among candidates for masters of sports, women’s pair Samina and Evelina Ibrahimovs from Neftchi, mixed pair Rasim Mirsoyev and Sevinj Aliyeva (gymnastics school), men’s pair Iskandar Alyev and Shahverdi Zeynalov (Neftchi) ranked first. Women’s trio Inara Hashimi, Kenul Farajeva and Dilara Sultanova (sports school of Nizami district) turned out to be the best in championship, women’s pair Fidan Huseynova and Afsane Eivazova ranked first in the 11-16 age group and Tural Eyvazov and Adil Feyzullayev – in men’s pair. Rustam Najafguliyev, Vugar Ahmadov, Ilham Abbasov and Mammad Faridov became leaders in men’s group. They are all from Nizami district sport school.
According to Elshad Narimanov, the tournament is considered as a preparation process for the Junior World games and world championship to be held in mid-May in France.
