Azerbaijan and Iran boost energy cooperation
Baku, January 12 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Industry and Energy Natig Aliyev met Secretary General of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Iran`s Oil Minister Seyid Masoud Mirkazemi in Baku.
The sides discussed cooperation in the fields of energy, oil and gas, joint development and exploration of the oil and gas fields, implementation of the joint projects in oil and chemistry complexes, creation of the energy bank.
Chief of Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev was present at the meeting.
