Azerbaijan, EU discuss prospects for developing relations

Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov has today met with the EU Eastern Partnership ambassadors-at-large.
Asadov said he believes this visit will contribute to development of Azerbaijan-EU relations. He hailed the frequent visits of the EU delegates to Azerbaijan.
The Speaker of the Milli Majlis spoke about prosperous economic policy, large energy and transport projects, which he said are of great importance to the region and the EU.
Estonia`s Ambassador-at-large for Eastern Partnership Jaan Reinhold hailed the Azerbaijan-EU relations. “Azerbaijan is a country of big opportunities. Today the main attention should be paid to developing cooperation between the European Union and Azerbaijan.”
