AZERBAIJAN-KOREA RELATIONS DEVELOPING
According to E. Mammadyarov, he supports strengthening Azerbaijan-Korea relations and sees more room for further effective cooperation in all spheres including economy. He stated that Azerbaijan Republic attached a great importance to cooperation with the Republic of Korea with the Azerbaijani embassy due to open in the Republic of Korea within short time.
Ambassador H. Mun said bilateral relations are rapidly developing and his country is interested in deepening cooperation with Azerbaijan in economic, energy, construction fields as well as electronics, information technologies and others. He positively assessed last year’s visit of E. Mammadyarov to the Republic of Korea and protocol on cooperation between Foreign Ministries signed during this visit.
According to ambassador, such events as Culture Days of the Republic of Korea in Baku gave a kick-start to development of cultural ties between the two nations.
At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the other issues of mutual interest.
