Having arrived in Azerbaijan for participation at the session of the regional European Scout Committee, deputy Secretary General of World Organization of Scout Movement

(WOSM) Juan Castinion told the journalists on the new UN program titled “Youth, employment and job”.

In the frame of project supervised by UN Secretary General and supported World Bank, as well as other international structures, it is envisaged attraction of youth of different countries of world to programs on the job placement, and WOSM representing interests of 157 countries of world as main partner.

At the event, the Ministries of Labor and Social Security of Population and Youth, Sports and Tourism will represent Azerbaijan.

Mr. Castinion noted that one of the main aims of his visit is familiarization with scout movement in the Republic for preparation of the plan of actions on implementation of this project.

“We support initiative of Azerbaijan government – to include your country to the lists of leading states implementing this project. I am sure that the project “Youth, employment and job” will bring profit to the Republic”, Mr. Kastinion added.
