Azerbaijani ambassador presents her credentials to French President

Azerbaijani Ambassador to France Leyla Abdullayeva has presented her credentials to the country’s President Emmanuel Macron.
The French president congratulated the Azerbaijani ambassador on her appointment and wished her success in her future endeavors. Describing France as a friendly country to Azerbaijan, President Emmanuel Macron said that official Paris is also interested in establishing peace in the region.
Noting that Azerbaijan is the country most interested in establishing peace in the region, and promotes the peaceful agenda, Ambassador Leyla Abdullayeva stressed the importance of supporting this agenda.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on relations between Azerbaijan and France, as well as the situation in the region.
