Azerbaijani Defence Minister attends CIS Defence Ministers Council
Moscow, November 12, AZERTACA delegation led by Azerbaijani Defence Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov attended CIS Defence Ministers 67th Council held in Moscow.
Summarizing the work done in the framework of the Union in 2014, Ministers of the CIS countries discussed joint action plan for 2015. The meeting also reviewed issues on celebrating the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic in 2015.
The project of the concept of military cooperation by 2020, information exchange, joint exercises, radiation, chemical and biological assessment of the situation on the methodological issues were also reviewed.
At the end, a joint declaration on the results of the 67th session of the Council of CIS Defense Ministers was signed.
