Azerbaijani karate fighters claim four medals at European Championships

Azerbaijani karate fighters have grabbed four medals, including a gold at the 54th European Senior Championships held in Guadalajara, Spain.
The gold medal came from para-karate fighter Sahib Ahadov.
Rafael Aghayev won silver, while Asiman Gurbanli and Roman Heydarov scooped bronze medals of the tournament.
The championships brought together 508 fighters from 51 countries.
Azerbaijan ranked 10th in the overall medal table of the championships.
