Azerbaijani President approves agreement between AZERTAC and Turkmenistan State News Agency

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree approving an agreement on cooperation in the field of information exchange between Azerbaijan State News Agency (AZERTAC) and Turkmenistan State News Agency (TDH).
Under the Presidential Decree, AZERTAC shall ensure the implementation of the provisions of the agreement.
Signed in Baku in 2015, the agreement provides for the exchange of information on the developments taking place in Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. The two agencies will exchange news and photo content and also analytical materials.
AZERTAC and TDH will also work together to encourage the exchange of journalists, photo reporters and computer technologies specialists in order to develop their proficiency and apply the best world practice. The two agencies will also give organizational and technical assistance to each other`s journalists and photo reporters accredited in their own countries.
