AZERBAIJANI-ROMANIAN RELATIONS DEVELOPING
Greeting the guest, Minister Vilayat Guliyev stated that the relations between Azerbaijan and Romania are developing and expressed adherence to continuation of mutually beneficial cooperation between the tow countries, foreign ministry press service reported.
Minister Vilayat Guliyev gave a high assessment to the work of the Romanian observers who watched 15 October presidential elections in Azerbaijan.
Then, the Minister updated the guest on the extent socio-political situation in the region, on the work carried out in the direction of settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
Deputy foreign minister of Romania Christian Diakonesky stressed the necessity of expansion of the relations between the two countries in the international organizations and in many fields, including within the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Then, the guest informed on the socio-political situation in his country and on integration of his country to the structures of Europe and Euro-Atlantic.
The parties had a comprehensive exchange of view on a number of other issues.
