Azerbaijani weightlifters shine with 15 medals at European Championships

Azerbaijani weightlifter Fakhraddin Allahverdiyev secured three silver medals at the EWF European Youth and U15 Championships in Pristina, Kosovo.
He lifted 85 kg in the snatch and 122 kg in the clean and jerk, finishing second in both events. With a total of 207 kg, Allahverdiyev also secured second place overall.
In total, Azerbaijan finished the European Championships with an impressive haul of 15 medals — 3 gold, 5 silver, and 7 bronze.
