Azerbaijanis Congress in Georgia marks Day of Azerbaijanis Genocide
Baku, April 2 (AZERTAC). The Azerbaijanis Congress in Georgia (ACG) held a roundtable meeting on the 31st of May - the Day of Azerbaijanis Genocide.
Chairman of the Congress Huseyn Yusifov informed about the Genocide committed by Armenians against people of Azerbaijan. In accordance with President Heydar Aliyev`s decree, March 26, 1998, the 31st of March was announced the Day of Azerbaijanis Genocide. Owing to the successful policy of Ilham Aliyev, the successor of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, the world community became aware of realities of Azerbaijan.
Mr.Yusifov said the ACG disseminates CDs on the Genocide, Karabakh realities, the Khojaly Genocide among the Georgian students.
The employee of the Georgian State Ministry on Reintegration Savalan Mirzoyev said such bloody events mustn`t be forgotten.
