Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry: Armenian provocations prevented and the enemy suffered losses

“The Armenian media reports alleging that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces committed a provocation on the frontline are completely false,” Azerbaijan`s Defence Ministry has said in a statement.
“On March 19, Azerbaijani officers and soldiers killed nearly 20 Armenian servicemen in an armed skirmish on the frontline.”
“Fearing the growing anger of mothers of the soldiers who die at the military and political leadership of the country, the Armenian Defence Ministry hides the unsuccessful military operations and loses.”
“During his speech in front of tank divisions of Azerbaijan`s Armed Forces, minister of defense, colonel-general Zakir Hasanov commented on recent provocative actions of the Armenian Armed Forces on the frontline, and said that the enemy must understand that they entered the lands of a foreign country, and if they want to be safe they must immediately leave the occupied territories.”
“Otherwise, our servicemen will mercilessly stop any further attempt of the enemy, and the consequences will be fatal for them,” he added.
