Azerbaijan’s Victory Day celebrated in Israel

The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Israel hosted a banquet in Tel Aviv to mark November 8 – Victory Day.
The event brought together representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Israel, doctors, scientists, journalists, public figures, businesspeople, representatives of the arts, as well as Azerbaijani students studying in the country.
Following the performance of Azerbaijan’s National Anthem, Ambassador Mukhtar Mammadov addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of Victory Day.
The participants were then shown a video dedicated to Victory Day.
The event continued with an artistic programme featuring People’s Artist Samir Jafarov, a soloist of the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, who performed a selection of Azerbaijani classical and folk songs.
