BALAKAN READY FOR ELECTIONS
All conditions for free and fair presidential elections have been created in the Balaken province, known as northwest gates of Azerbaijan.
According to Balaken election precinct №109, the precinct embraces 33 election districts where 34 thousand 585 electors were registered. 11 election districts with 14 thousand 438 voters was included into the Zagatala-Balakan election precinct №111.
During the preparations for elections, no infringements were registered. All works are being implemented in compliance with the new Election Code. Polling stations are equipped with new facilities, transparent ballot boxes. The reliable telecommunication is provided.
Now, every Balakan resident is longing for October 15 to make his choice.
