“BLACK MARK” TO BE RELEASED

The shootings of the two-part film by member of the European Academy of Cinema and Television, filmmaker Vagif Mustafayev “Black Mark” have been completed. The film enlightens the life and large-scale activity of President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, According to Vagif Mustafayev, the latest shots have been made recently in Nakhichevan. Dubbing process has been completed and the montage is approaching the end. At present, soundtracks are being composed in Moscow.

The film describes historic events took place in the last decade in the two former Soviet Republics; the part of Heydar Aliyev is played by famous Polish actor Tadeush Khuk, while Vsevolod Shilovskiy, the people’s artist of Russia performs the part of President of USSR Mikhail Gorbachov. Other parts are played by other foreign and Azerbaijani actors.

Presentation is due in late September.
