Bulgarian winger Dimitrov: CSKA need matches against teams like Qarabağ FK - EXCLUSIVE

Azerbaijan’s football club Qarabağ FK are a very big and strong team, Bulgarian national football team player Zdravko Dimitrov said in an exclusive interview to AZERTAC as he commented on the upcoming matches between CSKA Sofia (Bulgaria) and Qarabağ FK in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League.
He noted that the match promises to be an exciting one. "However, I do hope that CSKA Sofia will eliminate Qarabağ FK from the competition. Because the Bulgarian football needs such games and such opponents. Now, I can they are playing well, and I hope they manage to get a result across these two matches against Qarabağ FK,” he emphasized.
The 27-year-old football player emphasized that Qarabağ FK are a very strong team: "Over the last decade, they have shown that they are a club that made a real name for itself in Europe and I think they are getting stronger every year."
Bulgarian international winger Zdravko Dimitrov, who boasts 11 caps for his national team, currently lines up for Turkish First League side Mardin 1969 Spor.
Meanwhile, Qarabağ FK and CSKA Sofia are set to go head-to-head over a two-legged fixture scheduled for July 23 and 30.
