Chairman of Azerbaijan’s State Customs Committee meets with Egyptian ambassador

Chairman of Azerbaijan’s State Customs Committee Shahin Baghirov has met with Egyptian Ambassador to the country Hisham Mohamed Nagy Abdel Hamid.
During the meeting, the sides hailed the current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Egypt. The two emphasized the importance of further enhancing the relations between the two countries’ customs authorities.
The parties also exchanged views on the reforms in the field of customs, the role of the customs authorities in the fight against smuggling, the effective use of trade turnover between the two countries and other issues.
