DEBTS OF STATE ENTERPRISES BEING ADJUSTED
In accordance with the Presidential Decree “On measures for adjustment of social payment debts of the state enterprises under privatization and transfer to management” of September 30, 2003, local bodies of the State Social Security Fund have considered the process of social payments to these enterprises.
The debts are repaid in accordance with the protocol drawn up in collaboration with the state enterprises. To this end, Ministry of Economic Development has submitted the list of the state enterprises, which are privatized and given under management, to the State Social Security Fund.
As a result of these actions, over 2,9 billion manat has been transferred to the Fund’s local departments from state enterprises. Approximately, 2,5 billion manat out of this amount has been paid to workers who sustained an industrial injury while 481,4 million manat have been spent on other payments.
