DRAFT LAWS DISCUSSED
As correspondent of AzerTAj reported, at the session discussed were drafts of laws of the Azerbaijan Republic “On approval of “Agreement on mutual protection of the secret information between the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Cabinet of Ukraine”, “On modification and supplement in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On provision of pensions of military men”.
It was noted that the Agreement is equitable to national interests of the Azerbaijan Republic and is one of the important steps undertaken by the Azerbaijan state in the field of protection of information. The Draft was recommended to submit to consideration of Milli Majlis.
At discussion of questions, acting were chairman of the commission, the vice-president of MM Ziyafet Askerov, members of the commission Vladimir Timoshenko, Alimammad Nuriyev, Elman Mammadov, Rizvan Jabiyev, representative of the Ministry of Defense colonel Rafig Ramazanov and others. It has been underlined, that change basically promotes in calculation of years of service to prevention of fast demobilization of young officers from army.
The bill was decided to submit to the Milli Majlis for consideration.
