Šefere and Pope named as Latvia women's badminton doubles team

Baku, April 15, AZERTAC
Latvia's Badminton Federation has named Kristīne Šefere and Ieva Pope for women's doubles at Baku 2015.
Šefere, who is ranked 190th in the world in singles, will be competing in two disciplines at the Baku 2015 European Games as she has been named Latvia's representative in women's singles as well.
Šefere was ranked 186th in the decisive rankings on 26 March, just ahead of Monika Radovska at 193rd.
Šefere and Pope are currently ranked 130th in the world in women's doubles.
Latvia will not be represented in the men's singles and men's and mixed doubles.
