The 17th session of the CIS countries plenipotentiaries on elimination of emergencies was held in Almati.

The head of the civic defense department of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Javad Gasimov represented Azerbaijan.

Adopted were decisions on joint activity in rightly organizing exchange of experience and data in the field of elimination of the emergencies and man-caused catastrophes, as well as coordinating works, Colonel J. Gasimov informed to AzerTAj correspondent.
