EXPORT/IMPORT INCREASED FOR 10 MONTHS
Over the last 10 months of this year, the amount of trade operations the residents and non-residents carried out with 134 countries has made up $7216165.6 thousand, with 1928 items of goods ($ 3702027.1 thousand) exported from and 5441 items ($ 3514138.4 thousand) imported to Azerbaijan, the State Customs Committee reports. In comparison with the corresponding period of the last year, the country’s export and import increased by 34.34 percent and 24.98 percent respectively. Natural gas, equipment, technical plants and tobacco goods are what were mainly imported.
