FLEX PROGRAM IN AZERBAIJAN

Some 792 Azerbaijani pupils participated in the first round of the contest (284 in the second round), held by the American Councils for International Education (ACCELS) and US Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs within the frameworks of the future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program.

It should be reminded that the winners would spend a year in the United States living with a family and attending a U.S. high school.
