French Senate`s delegation visits State Committee for Refugee and IDP Affairs

A French Senate`s delegation has visited the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs, to meet its Deputy Chairman Garay Farhadov.
Mr. Farhadov highlighted the causes and consequences of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. “As the result of the conflict, 20 percent of Azerbaijan`s territories were occupied by Armenian Armed Forces, the country`s more than one million people became IDPs and refugees. Armenia has not fulfilled the requirements of international documents adopted on the conflict,” he added.
The French delegation was also informed about the Khojaly massacre perpetrated by Armenian armed forces.
