GARRISON OF ZAGATALA FRONTIER SQUAD OPENED
The ceremony taken place on the parade ground of the garrison and attended by the staff officers was opened by chief of Zagatala Frontier Squad, colonel Mehman Huseynov. On behalf of the staff he expressed his gratitude to the state bodies participated in the construction and the main and auxiliary buildings of the garrison that are up to high standards. Also addressing the ceremony were mayor general Vahid Aliyev, commander of Frontier Troops, lieutenant Elchin Guliyev and head of Zagatala Executive Power Vagif Rahimov. Elchin Guliyev presented gifts, rewards and diplomas to a group of servicemen having special services in the construction of the building. After Elchin Guliyev cut the red ribbon symbolizing the building’s opening the guests examined the quarters, laundry, cafй, canteen and aid post. The meeting and press conference attended by Elchin Guliyev, officials and media representatives took place in the conference-hall.
