Georgian PM, US National Security Advisor review strategic partnership, security matters

Bilateral relations and strengthening of the strategic partnership were discussed on Wednesday in a meeting between the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Jake Sullivan, the United States National Security Advisor, on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, according to Agenda.ge.
The meeting focused on the security matters in the Black Sea region, with Garibashvili emphasizing the importance of “united efforts” on the backdrop of “global challenges”, the Government Administration said.
The officials also reviewed the country’s European integration process. The Government head stressed the matter was a “top priority” of the country’s foreign policy and the ruling party was “doing its best” to achieve the objective.
