HEYDAR ALIYEV’S MEMORY DEDICATED
Director and scriptwriter of the film is Banu Avar, the popular art master of Turkey. The 45-minutes film narrates on invaluable merits of Heydar Aliyev before the Turkic world, how the legendary leader of Azerbaijan came to save his people in the crucial moment.
The author gave special place to the memories of the 9th President of Turkey Suleyman Demirel on Heydar Aliyev, thoughts of the well-known political figure of the country, former Minister of Culture, Chairman of “Ahmet Yasevi” Fund Namik Kamal Zeybek, commentaries of the talented journalist and columnist Irfan Ulkun.
Materials from archives of Azerbaijan and Turkish TV channels narrate on the deeds realized by genius political figure, past and present of the political, economic and cultural life of Azerbaijan. Leadership of the “Channel 8” and author of the film noted that Heydar Aliyev, who devoted his life to strengthening of independent Azerbaijan, establishment of Turkic unity would always remain in hearts of the citizens of Turkey.
