INTENSIVE SECURITY MEASURES WILL BE TAKEN IN THE OLYMPIAD IN ATHENS
Record number – 58 thousand policemen will be attracted for the provision of security in the Olympiad, to be held in Athens in 2004.
Head of Greek police Fotios Nasiakos informed in his interview to “Elefterotipiya” newspaper that in order to provide security measures, unprecedented amount of money in the history of Olympiads of Euro250 million was allotted.
