INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS CONDEMN MARCH 1918 GENOCIDE AGAINST AZERBAIJANIS
Guba, April 1 (AZERTAC). Local and overseas students of the Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University have issued a statement condemning genocide committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis on March 30, 1918 here. The statement came after the students visited the Guba mass grave of Azerbaijanis killed during those events
The grave holds remnants of over 600 people.
The Genocide Memorial Complex is going to be mounted here with the funding of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Thousands of Azerbaijanis were killed during those events on the grounds of their nationality and religion
The students urged international organizations to impose sanctions on Armenia, which pursues a genocidal policy.
