INT’L CONFERENCE HELD IN SAINT PETERSBURG
Lately, senior consultant of the Legal Enlightenment Department of the Ombudsman office of Azerbaijan Zaur Aliyev has participated at the international conference in Saint Petersburg, hosted by the Russian International Legal Association together with the Saint Petersburg State University’s Department of Law.According to the Ombudsman office, the Conference focused the “Role of the International law in ensuring peace and security of the peoples at the present”.Representative of Azerbaijan made report on the “Role of ombudsman in the legal state” and presented to the participants the Azerbaijani ombudsman E. Suleymanova’s statement on the Khojali genocide.
