INT’L CONFERENCE ON UP-TO-DATE PROBLEMS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES HELD
Head faculty of BSU, professor Ali Nagiyev noted that this important arrangement is held for the first time within the past 30 years history of the applied mathematics faculty. He stressed that Russian scientists played an important role in development of mathematics sciences in Azerbaijan.
At the conference with the participation of scientists of the Institutes of Cybernetics and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences /NAS/, as well as Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Agricultural Academy and Saint Petersburg Institute of Air Space Instrument Making Industry, the reports on role of information technologies in socio-economic development of Azerbaijan were heard.
Collection of works on up-to-date problems of socio-economic development and information technologies were disseminated among the conference participants as well.
