The International Research and Exchanges Board /IREX/ is implementing an exchange program in the United States with the financial support of the US Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The program implies establishment of cooperation between governmental and non-governmental organizations, and representatives of business sectors of the United States and Azerbaijan, as well as professional and cultural exchange in different spheres of life.

Selected participants will work for 3-5 weeks in the USA to master their theoretical and practical knowledge. Practical courses will be dealing with “Business & entrepreneurship”, “ Women’s Problems”, and “ Protection of Rights and Interests of Youth”.
