ISSUES OF STRUCTURAL REFORMS IN CIS DISCUSSED
Having noted that it is his visit first in a new post to our country, Vladimir Rushaylo has reminded, that it is scheduled to conduct the next summit of heads of the states and the governments of the CIS countries in September in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana.
Having informed, that he has arrived in Baku for carrying out within the framework of preparation for this meeting of consultations of management of Azerbaijan and studying the opinions and offers on agenda of the Summit, the visitor has presented a package of documents with questions which will be discussed at summit.
Wishing success to the visitor in a new post, the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan has stressed necessity of perfection of structure and processes of reforms in the CIS. The Premier has noted, that alongside with specification of legal and executive functions of structure, one of the important conditions is simplification of administrative staff and elimination of bureaucratic method of work inherent in the former union. Then Prime Minister Arthur Rasizade has emphasized acceptability of continuation of the existing economic and cultural cooperation between the CIS countries on mutually advantageous basis.
At the meeting, also were held wide exchange of opinions on a number of other questions representing interests of the parties.
